Ordered and paid from the kiosk and then the cashier yelled at me because they were out of an item . I told her you should update the kiosk , I don't know what you are out if stock. And she just kept telling they didn't have i showed my receipt and asked for a refund. She said only a manager could do that and he wasn't available. Then give me a reasonable substitute.She begrudgingly did telling me that they don't normally handle it that way. Well either my money or a fair equivalent considering the issue was theirs not mine. McDonald's food is pretty consistent, customer service is a while other issue.

McDonald’s food is always the same where ever you go. I got two large fries which are were nice and hot. It’s fast food so there is not much to expect. I went in and I got my food quick. I didn’t order the BTS meal but they gave me the Bag which I felt was nice of them. Good service

People I know here work very hard. I had great experience and idk why ppl hating on here maybe they should know what hard work is to work here. Some ppl should just honestly keep their mouth shut like mind ur ducking business!! This is one of my local McDonald’s and I like it here. So if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say it at all. Plenty of ppl reviewing here bad things don’t know how hard these employees work!
